A mandate with aim AG Zurich already started in 2019 and comes to a rapid, successful conclusion

Since 2019, the founder has also been a municipal councillor for finance and taxes in a municipality in the canton of Zurich

2021

A very long mandate with Top50 Interim keeps the founder on his toes

In addition, the office of municipal councillor for finance and taxes in a Zurich municipality gives a lot to do

2022

A long, demanding mandate comes to an end in mid-August

At the beginning of September it goes on immediately, again very demanding

A good course in profiling with Patricia Staniek, criminologist, brings more knowledge of human nature

2023

In April the long planned (private) move to Ticino is fact

The website is also completely renewed

Meanwhile, the mandate that began in September the year before ends earlier - objectives and results achieved in record time

2024

In a small mandate, I am supporting an industrial company in implementing an effective, agile organization and in preparing for challenging negotiations with major partners.

At the end of April, I am called in for crisis intervention. A serious management crisis that practically requires a complete rebuild of the entire IT department.

Despite my demanding mandate, I manage to complete the courses to become a certified board member before the end of the year.

At my place of residence in Ticino, I become a member of the “Consiglio Comunale” in Brione sopra Minusio.

2025

The mandate from the previous year is dragging on and will last until Christmas 2025. I have to pull out all the stops to rebuild a modern, efficient, innovative, and cost-conscious team. The search for a successor requires a second round. In the second half of the year, we succeed in hiring, training, and handing over to the new Head of IT.

2026

In the first quarter, I am assisting a company I am friends with in Bern with its strategic planning. Since the last time five years ago, the company has more than doubled in size and expanded significantly abroad. Now, entrepreneurial evolution is needed.
